Sarah's Story

I work in a busy corporate environment, where my role requires me to be visible, decisive and lead in change. As one of very few women at this level, I was putting pressure on being the role model for other women in the industry. This pressure meant I was not as confident in presenting as I would have liked to be, and was over analysing situations and feedback.

I had seen Jules speak at a conference and decided to reach out for some one to one coaching. Having a trusted, safe and facilitated conversations have helped me bring about sustainable change. There has been a noticeable shift in how I share my voice heard in the boardroom, confidence is more consistent and I am no longer pressuring myself to be a certain way.

Conversations with my CEO and peers is different too now, as I have got to know myself better and am more curious about my responses to things, and not taking things personally. It's freeing. I am happier and even more resilient.

Working with Jules has enabled me to experience the glimmers more in life and remove a lot of the 'noise' that was making the day to day harder to get through. It's important to take time out, and have the challenging conversations in order to realise your own potential and gain clarity on who you are.
