When I look back at where I started in my coaching journey, it amazes me how hard I was on myself. Through the coaching sessions and the invaluable tools I learned from Jules, I now choose calm over stress, preventing unnecessary pressure that could lead to burnout.
 

I have grown in confidence—not just in myself, but in what I can achieve. I am more present, making thoughtful decisions based on reflection and data rather than impulse. My ability to delegate has improved significantly, fostering trust and enhancing productivity within my team. As a result, collaboration has strengthened; my team members know I value their opinions, and they now come to me with ideas and questions more openly.

One of my biggest goals at the start of coaching was to become a better listener. While this remains a continuous journey, I have made great strides—I now pause what I'm doing, give people my full attention, and truly listen. This shift has deepened my connections and made my interactions more meaningful.

Although my coaching sessions are drawing to an end, my growth will not. I am committed to seeking continuous feedback to keep improving and holding myself accountable.
